Do I need to know how to paddle?
No. The Leyre is a calm river with no rapids and no technical difficulty: you learn within minutes on the water. Being able to swim, however, is the one condition, for every participant.

The questions we are asked most often
What is provided, and what should I bring?
We provide the boat, the paddles, life jackets in your size and a watertight barrel for your belongings. Bring shoes that can get wet, sun protection, water and clothes you do not mind soaking.
Can I turn up without booking?
No. Places are limited on each departure and we cannot take anyone without a booked slot. Booking saves you a wasted journey, especially in July and August.
How do I get back to my car?
The trip runs one way: you set off from one point and finish at another. A shuttle brings you back to your vehicle, so you have nothing to arrange for the return.
What if it rains?
Rain does not stop the trip, and the gallery forest shelters much of the route. Only the state of the river can prevent a descent, and we call you if that happens.
